Mortrbike Thefts

Dear residents, 

There has been a number of Motorbike Thefts, and attempted thefts  in your area over the last few days.,

In the early hours of May 28th between 10pm and 0600am. I would like to advise you  a motorbike was stolen from the Northway area off a resident's drive at  approx 2am  . A second motorbike was also tampered with,  owned by the same owner, however not taken.  In another area Hardwick Bank Road, sadly again another motorbike was tampered with, but luckily,  the residents heard what was going on,  and disturbed the offenders who ran off.  This all happened whilst the horrendous storm was going on.

House to house enquiries have been conducted around the area. 

Please ensure you are locking up your bikes,  and if possible lock bikes  in your garage to make it as difficult as possible for the opportunists
